He's ridden and raced bikes for more years than he cares to remember. JD owns Pioneer Event Productions, the parent company of supAfan. Sounds pretty impressive for a guy working out of his garage and the trunk of his car, eh? |

At supAfan we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read through the full return procedure to make sure your return is processed as quickly as possible. If you receive merchandise that is damaged, defective or in error, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund or credit. If your order was damaged, keep all packaging material and contact us right away. Please send an email to us at the above address with your name, your contact info including a phone number and the reason for the return. You will then be contacted to make arrangements for the return of the goods. All items must be received in re-sellable condition. You should consider insuring these items for your protection. We are not responsible for items lost in shipping. If we made an error in your order we will pay reasonable charges for its return by UPS Ground or US Mail. Products returned for other reasons will be subject to a restocking fee and shipped at the owner's expense. Goods that are in new condition and in the original packaging will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Marked goods will be charged a 25% fee. Used goods will not be accepted for return. Shipping charges are not refundable. |

These are the shipping methods and charges for all items sold through supAfan.com. Ebay items have their own shipping rates which can be found in the item descriptions. We ship almost all orders via USPS Mail. Please note all prices and method of shipment are subject to change. Some heavy or bulky items have additional shipping charges, and we'll note those in the item descriptions. Our current domestic US shipping and handling charges are: 0.00 - $49.99 $6.99 Express shipping is available at extra cost. Insurance is additional, and highly recommended. All International shipments are by quote. We do not falsify customs forms, so please don't ask. |

If the **** fits, wear it! |
Because everything we sell is pretty unique, we'll try to have sizing descriptions for each item. For most of the stock items we sell in the clothing department sizing is pretty true to form. The one big exception to this is the East Coast Cross sweatshirts. They shrink a lot. Like a full size. So if you want a large, buy an xl. Remember -when in doubt, try it on or e-mail us. Once clothing is washed it's yours. |

Don't want to order via the web? Can't stop by the booth at a race? That's fine, we're down with retro. As long as you live in the US, you can order all of this stuff (even the ebay auctions) via regular plain old mail. Just call us to make sure the items are in stock, and send us a US Post Office money order. If you're outside the US, you have to use PayPal. Unless you want to fly us over to hand deliver the goods to you... which might be kind of fun now that you mention it... Here at supaFan it's not enough to just work. We're working for things we believe in. And that's an important part of everything we do. We support the sport of cycling on all levels and donate time and merchandise to a variety of cycling causes. We have a strong vision, and it is our hope to keep moving towards our goals in cycling and in life. Along those lines, we work hard to provide quality merchandise and collectibles, and whenever possible we try to make ethically sound choices. For example all of the clothing items we produce in house are made sweatshop free, and we try to buy local whenever we can. Much of our packaging is done with reclaimed materials, and we hope that you'll re-use them as well. While we know nobody's perfect, it is our hope that if everyone pitches in just a little bit we can make this world a better place for all of us. Anyone want a hug?
